Payment Options accepts all major credit cards. Name and billing address must match that of your credit card.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed withinbusiness days. We are open and will ship products normally even on weekends and holidays. If anything changes we will make sure to update through our website and email newsletter.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

For a limited time shipping is free. We will let you know here when that changes.

Standard shipping takes 5 business days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Customs, duties, and taxes

Zatoru is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Products

Zatoru is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
